Reviewing end of life choices

The Government has set up a review of choices in end of life care to inform and shape national options about how, when and where people receive this care.

The information gathered will outline the kinds of choices that people would like to be able to make at the end of life and information about the funding, systems and processes that would be needed to enable choices to be acted upon.

For more information and to take part in the online survey, please visit the National Council for Palliative Care website. You can also take part by telephone, by post or in person at two events in September.

The findings and advice are due to be presented to the Government in February.
