Learnzone Logo

We’re pleased to share that the RIDDOR Mandatory Training package is now available on Learnzone (Home/Mandatory training/Managers): https://learn.eastamb.nhs.uk/

You may not be aware that RIDDOR is the law that requires employers, and other people in control of work premises, to report and keep records of:

  • fatal work-related accidents
  • work-related accidents which cause certain serious injuries (reportable injuries)
  • diagnosed cases of certain industrial diseases
  • certain ‘dangerous occurrences’ (incidents with the potential to cause harm).

If you would like to know more about when and how to report a RIDDOR incident please see the Health, Safety and Security Guidance page on East 24.

Any questions about RIDDOR? Contact the Health and Safety Team healthsafetysecurity@eastamb.nhs.uk.
