Roles for new Service Delivery Support Hub

A Service Delivery Support Hub is being developed to help keep ambulances available and support staff towards the end of shift following an out-of-service trial.

The Service Delivery Support Hub, which will be situated in the Chelmsford Regional Coordination Centre, has been designed to perform the role of a single point of contact for all front line operational staff addressing all issues that impact on resource availability, alongside providing support to frontline staff. 

With the pressures that we are experiencing as an organisation from the increased demand and pressures from hospitals we are recruiting now and the closing date is 21st December, 2017
