Recently all Fire & Rescue services (FRS) within the East of England have opened a direct route to report any concerns, if the patient meets the criteria set by each FRS they will visit the patient to deliver a Safe and Well visit to review the patient’s property.

During the visits 23 Smoke alarms were fitted, 1 Arson proof letter box, 6 Carbon Monoxide alarms. 1 Strobe alarm & 2 hearing impaired alarms were installed.
