Service Interruption Update – Microsoft Cloud Services

Our engineers investigated and discovered the issue we were experiencing was external to us. This was reported to BT / Health and Social Care Network who confirmed there was a national issue affecting multiple NHS trusts. 

This has now been rectified and all services are working as they should.
