Share your experiences on pre-hospital stroke care

Ambulance side shot

A fellow paramedic is researching pre-hospital stroke care - and is after your views.

Graham  McClelland, Research Paramedic with North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust  and Stroke Association Research Fellow, has worked with the College of Paramedics to put together a survey, aiming to gain a snapshot of stroke care across the UK. He is particularly interested in training, the tools used to assess stroke patients, and what care pathways are available.

The results will be written up for publication and submitted to the British Paramedic Journal.

If you are also a College of Paramedics member, 10 of you who complete the survey will be selected at random to receive £50 worth of Amazon vouchers.

The survey will take just 10 minutes to complete, and closes on Sunday, 23rd October. If you’d like to take part, please click here to access the SurveyMonkey wesbite.

If you have any questions or would like more information on the project, please contact Graham by emailing graham.mcclelland@neas.nhs.uk
