Silver award for Topaz Micallef

Congratulations to call handler Topaz for achieving her silver award for consistent call handling excellence.

Silver awards are given to control room staff for 50 consecutive compliant audits.

Nicholas Jones, Senior EOC Manager, said: “Topaz thoroughly deserves this award, she always shows great kindness to our patients, and I would like to thank her, and all Bedford EOC staff, for their continued care and commitment.”
