Sixth ECA to EMT course started

Chelmsford ECA to EMT course   January 15

The Trust’s sixth ECA to EMT course started in Chelmsford on Monday (19th January), with 13 ECAs beginning their journey to become technicians.

The group will complete a six-week clinical course at Chelmsford training centre and will go back on the road to complete a portfolio of practical work demonstrating their new skills.

Chief Executive Anthony Marsh said: “We are committed to upskilling our ECAs and this continues to be a top priority at EEAST.”

This is the first course of 2015 and will be followed by courses in Beccles in March, in Luton in May and in Great Notley in September.
