Sleep research study: reminder

EEAST Research Support Services and the Wellbeing Hub are collaborating with Prof. Kristy Sanderson and Dr Lucy Clark from the University of East Anglia (UEA), to learn more about how ambulance staff sleep, and how working patterns affect sleep and health and wellbeing.

This is part of a research programme at UEA to understand how digital health tools might be used to help staff sleep better, and to keep staff and EEAST service users safer at work.

We would like as many Trust staff as possible to complete this survey - it is still open for your responses until the end of March 2019.

So far 470 staff have accessed it. If you are unable to complete the survey in one sitting, you can be sent a link which will allow you to access it at a later time.

Access the survey here: Sleep and Fatigue in UK Ambulance Staff.

You can also copy this link into your web browser: https://norwichcrtu.uea.ac.uk/redcap/surveys/?s=FAWWNYF9C3

As a thank you for taking part in this survey, you will have the opportunity to be entered into a Prize Draw to win one of 20 prizes, each of which is a £15 shop voucher (Love2shop). You will also be able to download a Certificate of Participation for your portfolio.

Many thanks in advance for your support,

EEAST Research Support Services
