Staff make donations to Norfolk food bank

A food bank in King’s Lynn will receive a second boost following the generosity of our staff over the festive and new year period.

Following the donation of two boxes of non-perishable items on 23^rd December, a second donation will be made next week to the Purfleet Trust-run food bank.

Staff from the food bank visited King’s Lynn station before Christmas and they met members of the EEAST team.

Local manager Terry said: “We know that the donations are going to vulnerable people that need it during the festive season and beyond. It has given our staff a little bit of pride by putting something back into the community.”
