Staff survey – only a few weeks left to have your say

The deadline for your NHS staff survey to be submitted is fast approaching, so make sure you have your say before 28^th November.

More than 640 surveys have been completed so far, from the following areas of the Trust:

And remember - responses to this survey are strictly confidential; nobody will see your completed questionnaire, or be able to identify individual responses, so take the opportunity to share your views.

If you have received a survey addressed to a member of staff no longer employed by the Trust, please return the survey to Broomfield Training Centre.
