Super six become senior call handlers

Congratulations to six EOC colleagues who have completed their assessments to become senior call handlers.

Emma Farkas, Keri Drury, Siobhan King, Bethany Lee, Nikita Clark, and Rebecca Phillips are all based at Chelmsford EOC and started their new roles from 4th September.

Call handlers require a MPDS audit compliance of greater than 80% over the last 12 months and no current written warnings for discipline or sickness absence to be suitable for a senior call handler role.

However, because there were more eligible staff than vacancies, candidates were also interviewed and completed assessments around MPDS and policy and a comfort call assessment role play.
