Support our London Marathon runners

Man running

Three EEAST paramedics from Southend are running the London Marathon this Sunday 28th April - there's still time to show your support!

Kate Bennett, Leading Ops Manager at Southend station is fundraising for the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance - visit her JustGiving page.

Kelly Mcloughlin and Laura Smillie-Henson are paramedics from Southend station and along with Laura’s husband Lewis, who is in the Army, they were all due to be running for Sudden Adult Death Syndrome (SADS).

However, Laura sadly fell down a flight of stairs at a patient's house and broke her ankle in January, so hasn’t been able to run - she will still be there cheering her team on though! Her lovely husband Lewis will still be running and fundraising with Kelly.

Please visit their fundraising pages below:

And if you'd like to keep track of them all, the team's bib numbers are:

Kate – 4096

Kelly – 38785

Lewis - 38787

They thank you for your support!
