Swapping greens for gowns for Sandra and Jemma

Two members of staff from the Essex locality swapped their greens for gowns when they recently graduated from the NHS Leadership Academy programme.

Mid Essex Senior Locality Manager Sandra Chick and LD Business Support Jemma Cracknell attended the Mary Seacole Celebration Event in Cambridge with 43 other programme participants, joined by Jill Page from the Trust’s Organisational Development team as well as representatives from Open University, Hay Group and the NHS Leadership Academy.

Jill said: “I took to the mic at the event to say how proud we are of Jemma and Sandra for their achievements. They have worked very hard on this programme in what has been a very hectic year, but they persevered and achieved.”
