Team Kempston take on 22 push-up challenge

Colleagues from Kempston have completed the 22 push-up challenge in support of veteran suicide and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) sufferers.

The latest craze sweeping social media sees you do 22 push-ups for 22 days, and nominate others each day to do the same. The challenge, created by Texas based organisation 22Kill, aims to raise awareness to the reported 22 veterans that commit suicide every day.
