The National Quarterly Pulse Survey is now live - have your say!

Pulse Survey. A quick, 5 minute check to listen to your views.

We are inviting you to take part in the first quarter of the National Quarterly Pulse Survey of this year. The survey is live from today (9th January) and will run until the end of the month, 31st January.

You should have received an email direct from Picker which will contain a unique link to the survey. The survey is short and takes less than 5 minutes to complete. The survey is anonymous, nobody can be identified by the answers they give or the way they submit the survey.

If you are unable to access the link through your email or haven't received an email with the link, you can complete the survey by clicking here or scanning the QR code below.

This quarterly survey runs alongside the annual NHS Staff Survey to give staff a regular opportunity to provide feedback to their organisation. We’re asking everyone to take a few minutes to share your thoughts about what’s working well and what needs to improve across the Trust.

By giving just 5 minutes of your time, you can help make the Trust the workplace we all want it to be. While it is not mandatory to complete the survey, we encourage everyone to use this opportunity to help make a positive change in the future.

Please take a few minutes to tell us what you think. It really does make a difference.

Your responses to this survey are strictly confidential. No one will see your completed survey or be able to identify individual responses:

  • The information you enter in the survey is returned to an independent external research company, Picker, and not to the Trust.
  • Your unique access to the survey is only used by Picker to identify which staff should be sent a reminder.
  • The survey findings will be analysed by Picker independently and the results will be presented such that no individual, or their responses, can be identified.

The data will be utilised by local, regional, and national workforce teams whereby the aggregated results inform decisions on how best to support our NHS People.

For more information on how your data is processed, please review Picker’s survey privacy notice here - https://www.picker.org/privacy-notice-for-online-surveys/

If you have additional questions regarding the National Quarterly Pulse Survey, please email internalcommunications@eastamb.nhs.uk or Picker on picker_surveys@picker.org.
