Are you aware that agency staff can be added as non-system users on Toughbooks?

The Trust has recently reported an increase in the number of paper PCRs being misplaced and a lack of knowledge in this area was highlighted. Agency staff can be added as non-system users on the Toughbook, reducing the need for paper PCRs, and lessening the chances of these becoming misplaced.

However, non-system users can only be added if a system user is also logged onto the device. This would work if an agency staff member is working in a Double Staffed Ambulance (DSA) with an EEAST staff member. The EEAST staff member would then be able to log the agency staff member onto the device.
