A refreshed structure and look of the Trust User Group has been agreed following a review.

The group, which is made up of volunteers who represent the patient and public view,  will now be known as the Community Engagement Group (CEG).

Patient and Public Involvement Manager, Victoria Boyce: “The group is an essential and valued part of our Trust that provides a link within the vast range of communities we serve to ensure EEAST understands and meets the needs of the public.

“The members will be working in the STP areas in their community engagement role.  Please look out for them on stations when they visit or any meetings you may attend.  “Members will be happy to tell you about their role so please feel free to chat with them if you see them around.”
