Congratulations to Chelmsford HEOC, which has achieved the lowest call handling delay figures in the country (999 calls that take more than two minutes to answer) for 2013-14.

CEO Dr Anthony Marsh said: “This is a fantastic achievement and I’m immensely proud of all the staff involved. It shows EEAST’s dedication to providing excellent patient care and is down to the hard work and effort of staff – well done.”

The figures have been supplied by the BT 999 liaison team.
