TRAC Recruitment system update prior to go-live

On the Go Live date, 2nd April, a welcome email will be sent to recruitment specialists, recruitment leads and recruiting managers to register with the TRAC Recruitment system.

The welcome email will contain a link to assign a password to your account to enable you to access the TRAC Recruitment System. On registering, you are asked to add your job title and contact telephone number.

Once you log in you can find the User Guide under Help along the top bar at the top of the page and training will be available to recruiting managers, recruitment specialists and recruitment leads. If you have not received a training invitation, please contact

On the 2nd April, a bookmark will be added on the standard internet browser to the '' login page and a shortcut to the desktop of all recruiting managers, recruitment specialist and recruitment leads computers this will take you directly to the '' login page.

During the intensive support period, 2nd April until the 29th April, the TRAC support team will be the main point of contact for you if you are recruiting in this period. TRAC support contact number will be provided on the Go Live date. This support will return to the EEAST Central Recruitment team from the 30th April.

Please note:

Immediately from the Go Live date 2nd April:

  • All current adverts will be added to TRAC
  • All shortlisting will be done in TRAC
  • All interviews will be set up in TRAC
  • All correspondence to applicants will be sent through TRAC
  • Pre-employment checks will be undertaken through TRAC

By the end of the launch period, 30th April, the only activity that will still be managed using existing procedures will be relating to applicants who were sent offer letters prior to the launch date, 2nd April.
