Trust phones on the EE SIM network

The EE Network SIM provider has not renewed its framework agreement with the NHS. This means that the Trust is no longer able to utilise this network going forward.   At the end of November all EE SIM contracts will be cancelled.

The IT service desk has contacted all EE users in the Trust but if you have a Trust EE phone and have not received anything from the IT team, please email the IT Service Desk with your name,  EE phone number and your preferred network (either O2 or Vodafone). 

Please note that you will receive a new phone number unless there is a genuine business reason to transfer your old number.

Also, please note that EE SIM cards maybe used in our Trust devices, not just mobile phones so please double check all devices using SIM cards.
