Update to IM&T service desk call logging system


The IM&T department have updated their call logging system.

The update introduces new features and a redesigned user interface. A guide has been put been put together for staff to use, which includes clear instructions and images.

We would encourage you to save a copy to your desktop and print and display around stations and offices where possible.
