Updated: email and Skype

We have been experiencing some issues accessing email on Microsoft Exchange and Skype since Monday intermittently.

Connectivity has been restored to all office.com related addresses. All email and Skype access should now work as normal.

BT has detected that the issue is with a failing router on their third-party network and this device has been removed from the network completely.
