With the roll out of our ePCRs via iPADs progressing well, we need to undertake some important maintenance to increase the bandwidth available to all Trust devices which have SIM connectivity.
Tomorrow evening (Wednesday 15th September) at 22:00, we will be undertaking this work. The work should be completed within two hours. When the work commences the following will occur:
The following devices will lose connectivity:
From 2200, we ask that all crews move to paper PCRs until notified to return to the ePCR. The CORPULS will continue to operate, but you will not be able to send data from it. PTS mobile devices will work in standalone, however times will not be sent through to the CAD.
Prior to 2200 we ask that any off going crews ensure that the listed devices are turned off when not in use.
Once the work has been completed devices will start to come back online. We will keep you informed via MDT messages on our progress.
