DATIX

DATIX is the incident report system we use in the Trust.

Incident reporting is an important way of identifying Serious Incidents and also recognising themes across the Trust, so actions can be implemented to ensure that these incidents do not recur. This could be in relation to patient or staff safety, or in relation to property loss or damage.

You can access DATIX online by clicking here, or by calling 0345 602 6856 to complete a report over the phone.

GRS rota access

This functionality is available to all staff whose roster information is held in GRS. You can access the GRS log-in page here.

Staff experiencing any issues or concerns should contact rostering services at rostering.services@eastamb.nhs.uk or by telephoning 01234 243137.

JRCALC guidelines

The Joint Royal Colleges Ambulance Liaison Committee (JRCALC) develops and reviews national clinical practice guidelines for NHS paramedics. The guidelines are reviewed on a five year cycle and are developed or updated, based on systematic reviews of the evidence and consensus agreement.

You can view the latest guidelines on the JRCALC website.
