The mass vaccination program is commencing and all NHS Trusts will be doing their part to vaccinate and protect the country. The Trust will be providing a number of staff throughout the region to undertake roles within the vaccination centres to ensure successful delivery of the country'a largest vaccination program in recent history.

If anyone is interested in volunteering to help with the COVID-19 vaccination programme we would like to hear from you. It should be noted that expression of interest at this stage will not guarantee placement as we will need to carefully balance releasing staff to meet national requests with ensuring we maintain adequate regional service delivery and ensure patient safety is maintained.

There are varying roles available ranging from stewards through to Health Care professionals.
To assist us in matching the volunteers with the requests that are coming in from vaccination sites can you please complete this form: COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic Application

We will use this to match you with appropriate opportunities and facilitate with sites.
By completing this form you are consenting for your details to be shared with partner organisations to support their planning processes.

When we receive information from the vaccination hubs about their requirements we will re-contact you to let you know what is available and when.

We also need to know about HCPC registered staff that may be interested in fulfilling shifts at the hospitals too. We do not yet know exactly how this will work, but would like to know who you are so we can contact you if necessary. If you are interested, please complete the above form and we will use this in partnership with the sectors to plan opportunities.
