Warm welcome for interim Head of Estates

Sean OSullivan

Sean O’Sullivan joined the Trust last week as interim Head of Estates.

Sean will be taking over from Clive Radestock at the end of April when Clive leaves the Trust for a new position closer to his home. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Clive for his hard work during his time with EEAST, during which he has bought in many changes and service improvements and supported the team to deliver significant change for which we extend our heartfelt thanks.  We wish him good luck with his new post.

We are lucky to have been able to recruit Sean who will now be able to have a detailed handover with Clive which has already started. In these difficult times it is extremely helpful that Clive is able to pass over his knowledge and experience and I am very grateful for his support in doing so.

Sean has over 17 years of NHS experience, working at both Central North West London NHS Foundation Trust and East London Foundation Trust where he managed a diverse range of portfolios. He joins us from his most recent position at Goldsmiths University, London.

In his spare time Sean is an avid cyclist and last year completed the Tour of Flanders. He is also a West Ham supporter which he believes has enhanced his ability to stay strong in times of adversity!

Sean will be travelling around the Trust over the next few weeks in order to familiarise himself with the many roles, portfolios and stations.
