Still time to get your wellbeing passport

Wellbeing Passport Summary Image

The Wellbeing team have had an excellent response with over 1,000 of you working on your tasks towards completing your passport. If you haven’t already done so, there is still time. You can get your passport from The Wellbeing Hub – email wellbeing.info@nhs.net or call 03456 089 945.  Final date for application is 28 February.

The passport allows you to earn up to £250 towards your own personal, professional or wellbeing development.  All you have to do is complete six tasks, gaining six stamps along the way. These tasks are all about taking responsibility for your own wellbeing. Ultimately, the care we provide for our patients relies on all of us being as well and happy at work as possible.

There is some additional guidance in the downloads section below, about the Wellbeing and Personal Development Passport that will hopefully answer any questions you may have.

The Passport needs to be completed by 31st March 2019 and can be signed off by your Line Manager on, or after that date. However due to some PU and Compassionate Conversations having to be postponed, there is an extension on these challenges only until 30th April 2019.
