TRiM enquiries and referrals

TRiM is an effective early-stage, peer-led, risk-assessment for ascertaining potential onset of PTS/PTSD.

Offers help with mental, physical and financial wellbeing. Can include counselling, physiotherapy, help with substance abuse, bereavement, financial issues or general wellbeing.

The hubs have been set up to provide health and social care colleagues rapid access to assessment and local evidence-based mental health services and support where needed.

The hub offer is confidential and free of charge for all health and social care staff.
