What's Your Story?

What's Your Story?

You’re the heart of our organisation. Now we want you to be the face of it too.

We want your help to ensure that, as an organisation, we are wholly representative of the community we serve. Being representative is crucial to ensuring that we continue to evolve as an organisation and drive forward positive change within the Trust. We would like you to lend your voice and experience to our communications and media opportunities, helping us to highlight the exceptional people of Team EEAST, showcase the diverse nature of our workforce and the many opportunities the organisation can offer for everyone.

We would like to gather case studies from members of staff Trust-wide, from a variety of roles and backgrounds. Whether you’re a frontline paramedic or a providing administrative support, whether you’re new to the Trust, or have worked here for 30 years, whatever your background of beliefs, we all have a story to tell.

We will share your stories on our website and across our social media channels. We will also keep your details on file so that, as and when future media or communications opportunities arise, we are able to get in touch with staff members who may be able to assist.

If you are interested in getting involved, then we would like you to complete a short online questionnaire which asks some questions about your background and role and will hopefully get you thinking about what it is you enjoy about working for EEAST.

Following the submission of your answers, we will be in touch to ask for a recent photo of yourself that we can use in conjunction with your case study. You will not require any special equipment for this, and we will provide you with full guidance around how to take the picture to ensure all the case study photos are in the same style.

There is brilliant work being carried out by brilliant people across the Trust every day. Share your own, unique, EEAST story with us and help spread the message that EEAST is for everyone.
