Winter resilience video published

As part of the Wise up for Winter campaign, a video with Senior Specialist Operations Manager Steven Moore was published at the weekend about how the service copes with seasonal demand.

The video was published alongside an article informing the public how we “ensure services can continue, with minimum impact on all operations.”

Steven also advised the public to consider their options before calling 999 and to think whether a pharmacist, GP or the 111 service could help them first.
