You have 24 hours to nominate a colleague for the EEAST awards!

Thank you to everyone for your nominations so far for the 2016 long service and celebration awards taking place in October – but we want more!

The event will celebrate the outstanding contribution, long service, qualifications and Chief Officer Commendations and you have the opportunity to help formally recognise peers for their work and commitment, with six of the awards chosen based on nominations by colleagues and volunteers.

If you would like to nominate someone, please visit our dedicated East24 page, and if you have any questions or queries, please email awards@eastamb.nhs.uk. You are welcome to nominate more than one person per category, and to make a nomination in more than one category, but you do still need to fill out a separate form for each submission you make to help us administrate it quickly and accurately.

Nominations can also be made for CEO commendations. Only a handful of these will be awarded on the evening, for exceptional actions in order to recognise individuals going above and beyond what would normally be expected of them. Any commendation nominations received after 3rd August will automatically roll over to 2017; if you’d like to nominate a colleague, volunteer, member of the public, or colleague from the NHS or emergency services, then all you need to do is visit East24 for more about criteria and where to send your nomination.
