Do you have a Trust smartcard?

The support and issue of smartcards is now the responsibility of the workforce planning and information team.

Queries or requests have been previously directed to the IT service desk, but all future enquiries should please be sent directly to smartcardrequests@eastamb.nhs.uk.

If you’re a current smartcard user, please also take a moment to check the number on the reverse of your card. If it begins with 01, 02 or 03, it will need to be replaced over the coming months as these cards are being phased out.
