Missing medicines? Report them via our anonymous helpline

Earlier this year Need to Know reported that some medicines were going missing across the Trust.

So now if you see or hear something about missing medicines, you can report it anonymously via our medicines management helpline:

0845 602 6872

When you call you’ll be able to leave an anonymous message on the answerphone that a member of the team will then follow up. You can use the number to raise concerns or whistleblow about potential missing or misused drugs.

Any actual incidents should still also be reported via Datix in the usual way.
