A special thank you to CFRs

Chief Executive Anthony Marsh has recorded a video message for community first responders (CFRs) to thank them for their hard work and commitment during CFR takeover week.

The week, which has coincided with National Volunteer Week, has seen media coverage of our CFRs in the Bury Free Press and Bedfordshire on Sunday, events held across the region to attract more volunteers and lots of activity on social media.

You can view Anthony’s video message below, which thanks all CFRs in our 290 groups in the east of England.

Last year our CFRs attended 25,299 emergency calls, seeing around 70 patients a day.
