The College of Paramedics is holding two advanced medical life support courses with South Western Ambulance Service and the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians.

The two-day CPD course is suitable for any clinician working in emergency care. The course programme focuses on the assessment and management of the most common medical emergencies, promoting a think outside the box approach to patient diagnosis and management. It emphasises the importance of good history taking, combined with detailed physical examination and the application of a differential diagnosis approach to rapidly identify and manage common medical emergencies.

The courses will be held on 13th and 14th July in Quedgeley, Gloucestershire and the 24th and 25th September in St Leonards, Dorset and costs £350 - College of Paramedic members receive a 10% discount (quote number when booking).
