All you need to know about the early retirement reduction buy out

If you are a member of the 2015 NHS Pension Scheme, you are able to access an early retirement reduction buy out (ERRBO) agreement. 

The agreement allows members of the 2015 scheme to retire earlier, while maintaining the value of their pension benefits.
