Bedford call handler achieves gold standard

Maria, a call handler from Bedford EOC, has been recognised for 100 consecutive audits of high compliance and has achieved her gold award.

Maria was presented with her certificate last week by Locality Director Dave Fountain and Senior EOC Manager Nicholas Jones.

Nicholas said: “Congratulations to Maria on delivering consistently good patient care. She is part of the excellent team at Bedford EOC who are working really hard to improve Trust performance and provide excellent care from the first moment we speak to our patients.”
