Calling single point of contact (SPOC)

Crews who need to contact SPOC from their radio must dial 9 first before dialling 0845 602 6856.

On several occasions, staff who have called SPOC without dialling 9 first have ended up going through to Chelmsford office reception, who are unable to divert the call to SPOC.

If you are having difficulties using your radio, SPOC can call you on a mobile phone. The Trust does not expect crews to use their own mobile phones at their expense, so please ask SPOC to return your call and provide the number.
