Central Norfolk out of service letters

EEAST RRVs and amb on scene

Recently letters were sent to 99 staff in central Norfolk about the time it takes for them to become available after they have handed over their patient.

While the number of letters sent out were small, and confined to one of 16 managerial areas within the Trust, we would much prefer for the relevant managers to address any matters of concern directly with the staff members concerned.

Clearly, as we look to change our culture, we need to need to ensure that we work in partnership to address the issues we face, and engage individuals appropriately if there are any concerns about their work performance.
