Changes to GRS – thank you for your feedback

Last week, some changes were made to GRSWeb which meant staff could no longer view the daily posting sheet or advanced shift planner. The alterations were made after some staff said that they didn’t want their shifts to be seen by their colleagues.

Since the changes were made, the Trust and UNISON received some additional feedback from staff who were concerned that they could no longer access this information – thank you for taking the time to get in touch.

Having listened to your concerns, Chief Executive Anthony Marsh asked for access to the daily posting sheet and advanced shift planner to be accessible to staff across the entire Trust, and this has now been completed.

We are now looking to modify the system so that you can individually set what information you want yourself and others to see; this will need developing and we’d be grateful for your patience whilst the changes are worked through, but we will keep you updated on progress via Need to Know.
