Changes to approved drugs list

Following the publication of the 2013 Clinical Practice Guidelines (CPG), a review has been undertaken against the approved drug list for the Trust. We have also reviewed previously issued instructions that relate to medication.

As a result, the Trust has agreed a new approved drug list against assessing each drug. It is important to note each drug for the guidance on use (which will cover indications, contra-indications, cautions and doses). It will also highlight any major changes.
