It’s celebration time for Chelmsford EOC, with Call Handler Anna Mutonga achieving her Bronze call handler award. Anna, who joined the Trust 18 months ago, was thrilled to receive her first award, as was her Call Handler Team Leader Elisa Ashdown. “Anna is a great call handler and a fantastic credit to our team. We are all very happy for her receiving her Bronze award.”
For those that are not familiar with the call handling process, call handlers are regularly audited as part of their license to use the MPDS triage system. There is a reward system in place when certain milestones are reached, as seen below;
