Cultural survey – have you had your say?

Our cultural survey will be winging its way to you very soon – and some of you may have even received yours already!

The survey will be sent to your home address, and we’re asking for it to please be completed and returned in the envelope provided by 10th June.

The survey is part of our cultural audit, looking at ways we can develop and ultimately improve our culture across the Trust. It was put together using feedback gained from focus groups and managers, information for from the NHS staff survey, previous Trust surveys and Care Quality Commission (CQC) reports.

Lindsey Stafford Scott, Director of People and Culture, said: “The Trust is determined to improve its current culture and is undertaking the cultural audit to help identify the main issues. The survey is part of this and we want to hear everyone’s views. After all, every one of us is part of the culture.”

The survey is completely anonymous and everyone’s views will be taken into account.

If you have not received your survey by 13 May, please contact HR.advice@eastamb.nhs.uk

If we do not hold your up to date address on GRS, it will have been sent to you internally to your station or office.
