Datix back online

The scheduled maintenance for today's (20th August) Datix upgrade has been successfully completed, and the system is now back online.

Remember, you can report incidents online or by calling the single point of contact (SPOC) phone number on 0845 602 6856. If you call the phoneline, which is open 24-hours a day, your incident will also be logged online for you. 

If you would prefer to fill in the paper incident reporting form yourself, it is available on East24. Once you’ve completed the form, please fax it to the safe-haven fax number (01234 243083) and it will be logged onto Datix.
