Signs4Life, a deaf equality, diversity & disability training consultancy, has set up an introductory workshop in deaf awareness to help communicate and engage with deaf and hard of hearing colleagues and patients in Suffolk.
The workshop will help identify barriers that deaf people face and explore their culture and community but also encourage inclusion of all people with sensory, physical or learning disabilities.
The event will take place on Thursday 16th July at Castle Hill Community Centre, Highfield Road, Ipswich (IP1 6DG) from 10am – 12pm. Attendance is strictly by booking only as there are limited places; for further information please contact Sara on info@signs4life.org.
