“First class” staff praised in latest patient survey

“Fantastic”, “superb”, and “excellent” were to name some of the many compliments made by respondents of our latest patient experience report when speaking about you.

More than 100 patients filled in questionnaires, with 96% either very satisfied or satisfied with the overall service they received from staff in September.

The latest report also revealed that 100% of respondents were either very satisfied or satisfied with the care they received, the same result as reported in the August report.

One patient from Bedfordshire said: “There is nothing you can do to improve the service or experience we had.” Whilst another patient from Essex simply said: “The service was first class.”

It was also revealed that nine out of ten respondents rated the handling of their call as either very acceptable or acceptable and 100% felt staff treated them with dignity and respect.

Chief Executive Robert Morton said: “I want to say a massive thank you to all of you that show time and again why we are regarded so highly by our patients. These figures are but the latest in a long list that shows we are offering the highest and most professional level of care every day. It is a testament to the dedication and hard work of all of you, something which we are all extremely grateful of.”
