Have your say: complete our two surveys online

Blurred ambulance

We currently have two surveys available online on for you to complete and voice your views– our cultural audit and what you think about our internal communications.

By now, you should have received an email with a unique link from zeal solutions who helping us to conduct our cultural audit. As discussed in Need to Know a few weeks ago, we will be using your feedback to develop our plan to deliver long lasting positive culture change making EEAST a better place to work.

The deadline has been extended until 20th July and all responses will only be seen by Zeal. If you’ve already completed a paper version there is no need for you to complete the online survey as well.

Do you have views on how EEAST does internal communications?

A national survey would like to know how satisfied staff are with the way their trust communicates with them, questions will cover everything from how you get news (like here on Need to Know) and how easy it is to access information (like on East24 or the website), right through to how your manager communicates with you.

Participation is voluntary and your responses will be anonymous and unidentifiable in the final report – your answers will be included with others from ambulance services across the UK.

We’d love to hear what you think so we can make internal communications work better for you – complete the survey online here.

The survey is being led by the North East Ambulance Service, and if you have any questions you can contact the researcher, Assistant Director of Communications Mark Cotton, directly at mark.cotton@neas.nhs.uk.
