Have your say on our vision

Over the past few weeks we’ve been finding out what’s important to you, what values you think we should sign up to, and what you think our organisations should be aspiring to achieve. Thank you to everyone who has shared their views on our Trust vision by sending in their payslip postcard – if you hadn’t had chance to complete yours yet, why not do the online version?

Now the last step in the process is to create a focus group of staff and volunteers from around the Trust to look at your feedback and decide, together, what our final visions and values should be. There are lots of ways to get involved in the project – so if you’re interested in taking part please contact tara.crabtree@eastamb.nhs.uk and register your interest.

We need positive, enthusiastic staff and volunteers who can help us to take what you’ve said and shape the future culture of the Trust - making this a place where we are all proud to come to work.
