Herts councillors praise service improvements

Hertfordshire councillors have praised the Trust in its efforts to improve its service.

Last week Karl Edwards, the General Manager for Hertfordshire, met with the Health Overview & Scrutiny Committee (HOSC) to discuss the Trust’s continued progress. In the past, the Trust has come under fire from the HOSC and was regularly scrutinized by the councillors.

Karl said: “It was a very positive meeting in which we were praised and commended for the work that was being undertaken towards improving in Hertfordshire.”

The HOSC acknowledged the actions taken and expressed their thanks.
